A team of Tambov State Technical University participated in the international workshop on engineering education hosted by Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia)


On September 16-18, 2021, in the frame of implementation of the international project "Engineering Educators Pedagogical Training” (ENTER), a team of teachers from Tambov State Technical University took part in the workshop on engineering education, which was held in a hybrid format at the premises of Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia).
The Agenda of the workshop consisted of intensive training for teachers-experts who will implement the advanced professional training and retraining programmes for engineering educators in the future. Representatives of the participating universities studied such Modules as: ‘Innovations in engineering pedagogy’ (developed by the team of DTI University, Bratislava, Slovakia), ‘Systems analysis in education’ (developed by the team of Karaganda State University named after academician E. A. Buketov, Karaganda, Kazakhstan), ‘Time management’ (developed by Instituto Politecnico do Porto, Porto, Portugal) and others.
A. I. Popov, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Chair " Techniques and Technologies for the Production of Nanoproducts" of TSTU, conducted training in the developed course "Pedagogical Psychology and Communication", being an integral part of the advanced training programme aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of engineering education programmes.
The workshop was attended by members of the project consortium from Tambov State Technical University, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Kazan National Research Technological University, Don State Technical University, Vyatka State University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National Перевод на англ (не было)

ENTER project has extended potential for using the individual educational paths and adapting engineering and pedagogical education to the needs of teachers and universities, which can be used to train teachers in various fields of engineering.
